I want to start off by thanking everyone for their support of the clothes drive. It was a complete success! We were able to donate 25 bags of clothes that will definitely help people this winter.
For this coming Christmas Season, we are going to focus on the shut-ins in our community. We plan on visiting and delivering cookies to some people that might not see a lot of visitors during the season. Please help us and let us know of some people that could benefit from this. We will place boxes outside the Sanctuary in November for you to place your suggestions. Last but not least, we have moved our Food Pantry to Ellenburg Hall. We are starting to run low on several staple items. We need peanut butter, jellies and small canned meats. Next time you are at the grocery, we would appreciate anything extra you can throw in the buggy. |
